Welcome to Dulce’s Creations. By placing an order through my website, you agree to the shop rules and terms listed below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Handmade & Custom Items
Many items from Dulce’s Creations are handmade, custom-made, personalized, or 3D printed. Because of this, small differences in color, size, texture, or finish may happen. These small variations make each item unique.
Custom orders are created based on the details provided by the customer. Please make sure names, colors, sizes, wording, and design requests are correct before placing your order.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Please review your order carefully.
If you need to make changes, contact me as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once the order has been started, customized, packed, or shipped.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be started or shipped until payment has been completed.
All prices are listed on the website and may change at any time without notice.
Processing Time
Processing time depends on the item ordered. Handmade, custom, or personalized items may take longer to create.
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Larger or custom orders may require additional time.
Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Dulce’s Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside of my control. Shipping delays may happen due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances.
Returns & Refunds
Because many items are handmade, custom, personalized, or made to order, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order.
Refunds are only given for approved issues, such as damaged items or order mistakes.
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or I made an error.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item has not already been started, customized, packed, or shipped.
Once work has started on a custom item, the order cannot be canceled.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
After reviewing the photos, I will work with you on a solution, which may include a replacement, repair, shop credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Product Photos & Colors
I do my best to show product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may look slightly different depending on your phone, computer screen, lighting, or materials used.
3D Printed Items
3D printed items may have small layer lines or minor surface differences. This is normal with 3D printed products and does not mean the item is defective.
3D printed items should be handled with care and kept away from extreme heat, as heat may cause warping or damage.
Safety Notice
Some items may contain small parts and may not be suitable for small children. Please supervise children when using handmade, crochet, charm, keychain, or 3D printed items.
Unless clearly stated, items are intended for decoration, accessories, gifts, or personal use and are not toys.
Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, product descriptions, logos, and shop content from Dulce’s Creations belong to Dulce’s Creations and may not be copied, used, or resold without permission.
Customers may not copy, duplicate, or reproduce custom designs without written approval.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reading product descriptions, checking sizes, reviewing personalization, and making sure all order information is correct before purchasing.
By placing an order, you agree to the shop policies, processing times, shipping rules, return policy, and terms listed on this website.
